This unit directly replaced our A&E awning, which was blown off our RV in a freak wind. Instructions are odd, but there are a number of U-tube vids to check out. It operates a bit differently than A&E but nothing one can't adjust to. We do have a problem with it rolling up properly, as the arms that cover the brace arms when retracted are very close tolerance, and one side or the other usually hangs up. The roller is holding it tight enough to travel though. Overall, it is a great awning, and given that Dometic bought out A&E and has cheapened those awnings like they do with every company that once had a good reputation, Suncode will be my go to company for awnings in the future. ... show more
