I have spent upwards of 2000 in the past two weeks to receive NOTHING. NO COMMUNICATION, NO TENT. Both packages simply dropped off the face of the map by UPS despite two investigations. Do not order this product from this company.

I bought this in 2019. Since then I've used it in Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Arizona for 6 months in each state. It has been the best purchase I've ever made for my camper. Not only is it really useful with all the extra space, but it's beautiful and everywhere we go people ask us where we found it. Now I'll tell you the good stuff and then the bad stuff. We have a 22' automatic awning that is not adjustable, this sits fine off of it. It has been on there for months at a time during all kids of weather (including a NC tornado) and has never damaged or bent it at all, that being said I suppose it depends on the quality of the actual awning. Set up is actually pretty easy, I recommend watching a YouTube video like I did for first set up, makes it way easier. It washes very easily. It was a rainy summer in M.A. and our campground is in the woods, it got alot of green mold stuff on the top side panel. We sprayed it with dish soap and vinegar and scrubbed a little and it was gone. The bottom half under the windows is a rubberized material so it washes well also. We've used it as an extra "bedroom" for guests and it holds heat from a small space heater well, which is nice for cooler months. The windows have sewn in screens, then plastic on the outside that can be rolled up or zipped down for rain. the inside has privacy material that can also be rolled down or zipped up. The panel that sits against your camper to cover the tires and underneath is held on by clips that can be stuck on or screwed. It also comes solid so you can cut out around your stairs. The bad-ish- The worst part if this is the way the side panels attach to the camper. They poles are great in theory but never seem to be tight enough. Our fix was to put everything up, then roll the awning in just slightly until it was snug. Also, the side panel top attaches with clips to the awning then folds under the awning, at first it did ok but after a month the stiff material that's supposed to hold up sags so there's an opening for rain on each side. Our Fix- we use heave duty velcro to hold it on to the awning on the inside. Also we use velcro on the side where it lays against the camper to get it really tight there. The door. It's a pain to leave it down and have to push through one side or the other and zip it every time behind you. You can roll it up to the top but then it's open for bugs/mosquitoes etc. Our Fix- We bought one of those magnet screen door things, you know "as seen on tv" and it velcros right to the awning bar and the sides of the room. It really works well, closes behind you and keeps the bugs out! The last thing is the stake ring material breaks(comes un-sewn) pretty easily but because our awning is always at the same height, we just stake right through the bottom of the panels where the stake material is but on the INSIDE of the room instead. All in all it's a very well made, well designed room that almost doubles your rv living space. You may need to Mcguire a few things to make it work for you but nothing we did was very time consuming or expensive and definitely wouldn't stop me from buying another someday. Great tent room! This is second one to buy. CAUTION: BE SURE TO MEASURE FROM AWNING ARM TO AWNING ARM USING THAT MEASUREMENT AS TENT SIZE - DO NO USE AWNING SIZE!!!!!!! Love the windows with screens, privacy curtains and rain flaps that zip up! Live on horse farm in 5th wheel permanently so this tent adds loads of extra space. Pricey but the advantages far out weigh the price. Was easy to put up and secure. Have a lot of wind but stays in place nicely. Wife says easy to keep clean. ... show more

We ordered this for our RV because the add says it fits manual and 12 volt vertical arm awnings. It did not fit ours and when we called to ask, the company said "Oh, it does not fit your type" so we sent it back and were charged 50% restocking fee which is absurd. This is a rip off!!!! Do not buy!!!!! Would give it less than one star if we could!!! MA " ... show more
