I love these. They are good quality heavy curtains that, despite being white, effectively block the sun to keep my house cooler during the hot, humid summer months. They are sturdy and also very pretty - they make my living room look larger because of course light colors make surroundings look more expansive. I prefer this brand to any other because though they do wrinkle slightly, with time the heaviness of the fabric causes many wrinkles to disappear and aren't noticeable on first glance. I have very high ceilings, and the elongated vertical length of the curtains also makes the room seem larger. They extend to the floor but do not drag on the floor itself - there is about 1 inch left at the bottom. (I used to have light muslin curtains that did drag on the floor in a kind of "romantic sweep," but they were off-white and the dirt showed.) ... show more

Happy with these. They needed ironing of course but arrived in good condition and they do a good job darkening the room. I bought more of this brand for my bedroom which faces a parking area. Nighttime headlights are no longer a problem.

When looking at Sun Zero if you’re looking for total blackout (no light coming through the fabric at all) make sure to buy the ones that say “100% blackout” in the description like these do. If it doesn’t say 100% it won’t be completely blacked out. That being said these are amazing and well worth the money. As you can see in the pictures they are completely dark. There will always be light that comes through the top but it’s mitigated if you hang the curtains a little higher above the window. As far as the wrinkles/fabric I can only speak for the navy color. The fabric has a plastic feel but I actually like it, almost feels like a shower curtain. They look really nice in my opinion and I will definitely be recommending these to friends. They do come wrinkled in the package and there are methods to remedy this. All I did was turn my shower on high, let it steam up and hang the curtains on the rod. I did 7 min in the steamy bathroom followed by 7 min in my dryer on the lowest setting. As you can see in the pictures about 90% of the wrinkles are gone and I’m sure gravity will take care of the rest over time. ... show more

The photos on the RIGHT are the Sun Zero curtains. I had initially purchased the ones on the left but thought they were too bright green and I was looking for a muted olive. The Sun Zero curtains pull more brown than they do green and it is hard to tell. The color is pretty and looks better on a different color wall. After painting I chose to keep the brighter green curtains because they are much higher quality. The Sun Zero are blackout so that is wonderful, but they have a somewhat shower curtain feel to them. Very, very cheap feeling. If your goal is to have blackout curtains, these are going to be great. They are blackout. However, stylistically, they feel cheap. Not the feel I was going for so I returned, but the price is amazing and they function just fine. ... show more

These do their job well. I work overnights so have my room blacked out. The curtains do block out 100% of the light and also it helps reduce the noise from nearby traffic that would enter through the window. Light will still escape from the top so a little creativity can allow you to achieve a full black out room. ... show more

If you want fabric curtains - these are not for you. If you want a wipeable plastic cover for a picnic table, these might be okay. My shower curtain is nicer quality than these. But here’s what I don’t understand: I purchased Sun Zero curtains from Amazon in the past, and they were great. Now, they don’t show up in my past purchases. I searched for them myself and THOUGHT I was buying the same thing I’d purchased in the past. Absolutely not. I’m not sure what’s going on, but these are absolute trash. For the money, these are okay. I am not crazy about the color I got, the light blocking is good, as well as heat retention. The fabric is super flimsy and I dont love them. Would not buy again.
