The instruction are written for the persons that created the system. For the new buyer, it is a struggle. I actually cannot tell yet if it is working or not.

    • It works but the timer doesn’t stay the same

So far so good! You may need to install a cutoff valve on each line/lines. Also it doesn’t keep the correct time. I have it set for every 6hrs and for some reason every few days it jumps time. So, if it’s suppose to come on 9:45 it may not come until 10:45. Also if you just adjust the minutes to operate say from 3 minutes to 4 minutes and without touching the hours set it resets it self to 6 hrs. Which is 6 more hours without watering. So if it’s set for 3 minutes every 6 hours and you think it’s too much water and you want to just up the minutes or lower the minutes because in 2hrs it’s going to water but then instead of it watering in 2 hrs it changes the hours back to 6 hrs. on its own. So now instead of you thinking it’s going to water in 2 hours it’s going to be another 6 hrs before your plants gets any water and by that time you may lose your plants. To tell you the truth I don’t think any of the watering system operate correctly that is sold on Amazon or EBay. I’ve ordered 3 from here and 1 on eBay and not any of them have worked properly. Other than that it will water. So, I’ll probably returning it before my warranty runs out. ... show more

So if I were to rate the device itself, I would say 4 or 5 stars. Works good, but the display could use a light. Its pretty hard to read. Now the problem, the hose and T-fittings are terrible. The tubing is like fish tank air tubing but very stretchy. Once you put the tubing on the T it doesn't come off, which is fine if it didn't leak like a sieve. I had 4 plants so 3 T's and all leaked. And the T's are cheap plastic and easily break. If you buy this, add in $20 more for going to the garden center and getting better tubing and T's. Other than tubing and T's, instructions could be better. You can run it between one second and hours, but not a peep about any suggested time. This device could be so much better with some work, but as it is now, I would not recommend it. ... show more

As a plant mom, it’s really helpful for me especially that I have two toddlers to look after, too. It’s easy to install and I can set it to how often and how much I want my plants watered at a time. I don’t have to worry about forgetting watering the for a certain period.
