I bought this for both of my daughters for Christmas. It is finally warm enough for us to go paddle boarding. One of the boards is missing a small fin. I cant do a replacement since it was bought in November. I was chatting with Amazon and they wont do anything but give me the contact information for the manufacture. Im willing to buy a fin, I'm just not sure what one to buy. They dont have a live chat and none of the questions pertain to replacement parts and keep me going in circles. I'm getting so frustrated. My daughter cant use the big present I bought her. She had to switch off with her sisters instead of them all being able to go paddle boarding together. Maybe the review will have someone contact me. I hate writing reviews, I just dont know what else to do but buy a new board, not from this company. I'm worried about what will happen with the other board. I guess I have replacement parts with the paddle board they cant use. ... show more

You don't need to spend $500+ unless you use it every day or do it for a living - if even then. We kept it inflated almost all summer and used it in the waves of the lake and up AND down the rivers. It compared favorably to one a few years older, in the surface materials, the ease of adding/removing the keel fins, and the paddle.
