These food storage containers are the best! They are a clear Polycarbonate bucket-type container with neatly established measurements printed in red on one side. They also feature a clear flat space to mark the date on one side, which is helpful in my dehydrated food business. The two side handles that seem to be molded to finger grips are not my favorite feature, but they are a good size and workable. The best part of this container is that they are airtight. My product has a fine powder that sometimes escapes from other containers, but not from these containers with their airtight lids. The square shape of these makes them perfect for stacking and shelving. No wasted space like I have had with round containers. SO far, I have only used these for proofing bread but I can see myself using these for marinades or just general storage. I love the marking on the side so I can see how much rise I've gotten from my bread and I find the 8 quart size great for home use. These are the same kinds of things you see on cooking shows, restaurant supply stores, etc. They are high quality with snug fitting lids, not cheap at all.
