Thank you Amazon and mukkpetbike.com for making such a superior ebike available at such a reasonable price. Ive been searching for a bike like this for at least six months and most of the bikes in its class go for twice as much. This is a big powerful bike. The assembly took me less than 30 minutes and I'm not that mechanically inclined. I can't imagine anyone struggling wiith this assembly. The ride is where this bike excells, with 5 levels of pedal assist and flat out full throttle mode you can finely tune just how much effort you want to put into your bike ride. This is a heavy bike (72 LBS) so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has to navigate stairs with it. The owners manual leaves much to be desired it's confusing with bad pictures and broken English. I was at first disheartened to learn that the support phone number goes to VM. And the "support website" is a one page site telling you to contact them by email. But there was a small mechanical issue with the lock on my battery so I emailed them and they were very fast with a response and resolution to my issue. Having used the bike often, for a month now, I can tell you that this is a solid bike and that if you have any issues with your bike support will be there to help you. BTW I wouldn't recommend this bike for people smaller than say 5'6". I'm 5'10 " and it fits me fine (although at first i was surprised by the size and weight of it.)and I would assume anyone up to 6' 4". I love this bike!! ... show more

Came with back fender heavy scratches, but i can live with it. there was a clicking noise coming from the front tire .I spun it around and saw my rotor was warped. I took it off, no big deal for me and with a rubber mallet on the floor hit it flat, all fixed noise gone. Adjusted back brake. all good. Price was cheap didnot expect perfection, overall good bike for the money. My neighbor spent almost three times that for one, it does the same thing but goes a little faster. I got mine up to 24 mph fast enough to get hurt. assembly was no big deal if you take your time. Good solid bike overall. ... show more

I bought this bike for my husband, who loves it! It arrived with a bent disc brake. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a new disc very quickly and at no charge! They were very helpful and quick to respond. Great bike! Great company! UPDATE: I would like to know where I can purchase replacement brake pads for this bike. My husband has already put 650 miles on this bike, but feels he needs new brake pads now. Thanks! UPDATE: Great bike and Great Customer Service! The bike itself turned out to be not a great fit for me. But the quality was beyond worth the money. The best thing about my experience was when it came time to deal with the sellers. They were knowledgeable, polite, fast, and most importantly, they were understanding. I'm 6'4", and that being the top of the size range for riders on this particular bike, I thought it would work. It didn't. So when I needed to return it, the people at Mukkpet Direct helped me through the entire process, gave me no trouble, and handled my return without incident. I bought this bike on June 6th, I use it to take my 3 year old son to school, appointments and to get to work and home. I am so grateful that my son was not on the bike when this happened. I was riding my bike and the the whole battery holder and battery came off and and hit the pedal, followed by it cracking off and the battery rolled under my front wheel. My sons child seat cracked and the bike was scuffed up all around. I am so grateful that I am okay but something like this is not okay to happen, I was in the bike lane it was a smooth road next to cars going 50 mph if I slipped the other way I would have been ran over by traffic. ... show more

It rides smooth. The led headlights are magnificent and the back lights lights up bright like the sun. I wouldn't trade my Mukkpet for no other bike in the world. Very cool bike. Love the quality of the bike, easy to assemble, only issue I had was the packaging of the front wheel. The box was damaged during shipping which resulted in the frt axle poking thru the box, subsequently damaging the threads. Also plastic piece on frt fender broken.

This bike is really worth every penny, it has exceeded my expectations. I'm 6'2 , 265lbs and it is constructed well it has really done an excellent job getting me around. The battery life has also lasted really well.
