When I first opened the box, saw this teeny weeny cactus hanging by the thread. Bit disappointed but decided to transfer it to a bigger pot and carefully nurture it. After a month or so to my surprise, it is growing healthy and so pretty. Good thing i did not return it. The plant arrived smashed, out of its pot, dirt everywhere. But, I tried to put it back together and then watered it well and by the next day it looked ok. I've left it in its pot inside a planter for now thinking to give it take to acclimate before transplanting it. It's stayed dark green, not yellowing, with purple ends on it, and I believe it's going to be just gorgeous as it grows. I gave the order 3 stars rather than 5 because I didn't appreciate the carelessness with how the little plant was packed. Good grief, this is a living thing, and deserving of better care. I probably should give this only 1 star so the seller would pay attention to my review. ... show more

I ordered a very small plant and got a very small plant. But this plant was small, healthy and like any succulent, slow growing. But, boy howdy, this little 4 inch plant was healthy and took off. Like a very healthy turtle.

When I first open my plant I was so happy because it was absolutely gorgeous. I gave a little bit of water and put it on my plant stand underneath the plant light for a while the next day I saw something suspicious and it was a Spider- m i t e, then I saw another one. In no time it is taking my plant down to pretty much dead. When I've looked on this website to try to contact someone to get a replacement without returning it it's impossible I don't want to return it that's ridiculous it's a plant with bugs in it still and I've done everything I can to get rid of it and I've had plants all my life so I know what I'm doing it would not be wise to ship it back. The plants arrived today in my mailbox. They were not labeled "FRAGILE" and, although packed pretty well, it was obvious they have been handled roughly. Does is cost anything to label a box FRAGILE? The plants are ok as far as it goes, but they are really tiny and look like they'd recently been transplanted into their 4" pots from 2" pots. They're very dry. We'll see how they do after a couple weeks of TLC. I'm watering well and putting them in a sunny window Update 8/11/24 the plants are still in their original pots but they've grown well and are very happy in their sunny window. ... show more
