The serum and scrub did absolutely nothing for strawberry legs. The serum was gone in less than 2 weeks. Don’t waste your money - wish I hadn’t!

    • Works Well After Shaving
I tend to get "strawberry skin" after shaving my legs - perhaps I aim for a too-close shave, or maybe my skin is just sensitive. Either way, I've been looking for something to help my skin so, when I saw this, I decided to give it a shot; especially since the natural oils I've tried haven't done much for me. This serum is pretty great! It contains a AHA and BHA complex that includes glycolic and salicylic acids, and it really works well on my skin. The first time I used it, I dealt with some tingling/stinging; but that may have been that extra-close shave I've given myself (without enough time after before applying the serum). Since then, I've waited a day or so after shaving before using it and have had no stinging, and no strawberry skin!!! I find it to be somewhat moisturizing but, as someone with very dry body skin, it's not quite enough for me on its own - I still need to use a moisturizer after, whether lotion or jojoba or avocado oil. For those with "normal" skin, I think this product would stand up well on its own. There's little to no fragrance, which is great; while I enjoy wearing body scent, I don't want my "base" items to be fragrant (and potentially clash). It's very watery, which can throw you if you're used to a more viscous serum; but I find that a little goes a long way and it absorbs quickly and easily into the skin. This was definitely a good choice for me; I'll continue to use it as part of my skincare arsenal. ... show more

I was so impressed with this serum, I purchased two more bottles! First I used the Proot Exfoliating Scrub Wash, then this serum and followed up with the Exfoliating Body Lotion Skin Revival Body Clearing Lotion. I used them consistently for a month and the results were evident the first week. It odorless, absorbs easily/quickly into my skin, leaves skin feeling soft and most importantly, it works at clearing up my skin. ... show more
