shelf was not hard to put together and does the job, but is def not the most stable piece of furniture in the world. ordered one and a piece was bent out of shape but customer service was EXTREMELY helpful and sent a new shelf as soon as I notified them of the problem.

It’s holding up my water case in the bottom a microwave on the second shelf. Napkins and paper towels in the third and cookie and snack boxes on fourth the top of it all has my grocery bags ( since stores now ask customers to byosb “ bring ur own shopping bag”) But yes very sturdy

I was very excited to find this shelf on sale at time of purchase, and got it at a great price. Unfortunately, when it arrived, one small part was missing from the box. After emailing the customer service email address given in the packaging info, I was promptly sent a replacement for the missing part. There was a several hour time difference between our correspondence, so I assume this company is based overseas and simply ships from somewhere in North America, but nonetheless they were prompt and polite, and eager to remedy the small problem with my order. It is a product like this that makes me lose faith in Amazon Reviews. This shelving unit had 9 reviews, 8 of them were 5 Star. No way any real person gives this product more than a 2 star review! The shelves were advertised to be 35 inches wide. Each (35") shelf was two 17" shelves poorly connected in middle. Don't think about putting anything heavy on shelves. I returned it immediately.
