With FOUR SHELVES and 16 screws you do need reasonably strong hands to tighten connections sufficiently. (Those with arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome might want to solicit assistance.) Poles and shelves have sufficient weight and strength to prevent the assembled storage rack from twisting or bending when lifted. I ordered one of these to clear some clutter and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together, how sturdy it is, and how much it holds. It has an all metal construction other than the feet that screw in and the pads that are on the bottom in case you don't want to use the feet. Only uses one size of Philips head screw so no mixing things up. I like it so well I ordered another one and can see myself ordering more of them in the future. One thing to watch for, don't put the shelves on upside down. They are wire shelves, but have a support piece through the middle. ... show more
