I don’t know if I received a defective product or another product with a bad design. Advertisement says it’s NSF and shows a NSF logo on the black connectors but I didn’t see it on the connectors I received. Also advertisement says there are metal connectors at the end of the pole to twist and connect the poles together. I do not have those metal connections. Instructions say to slide the poles into each other to connect it. That makes the whole structure unstable because there is nothing connecting or keeping the poles together. If I move the structure or there is a weight imbalance then I assume things would fall apart and possible hurt and damage things or/and people. I will be returning. ... show more
