The key ingredient in this product is the alpha, lipoic acid at 600mg and the vit b12. If you check your daily vitamin, you most likely are getting significant amounts of b12. So for nerve calming, the most significant ingredient is the apa. There are much cheaper alternatives for larger quantities of 600 mg in capsule form on amazon. This product works extremely well, but it's because of the apa and b12 combo. Figure out how to take both together for amazing nerve calming relief. ... show more

I had a constant sharp, piercing, burning 🔥 pain in my right leg where only stretching worked briefly. After getting this product and taking it as directed, after 3 days I noticed a big difference. Not as constant. Still there but not so severe. 5 days, way better. Didn't have to bend over anymore to get a bit of relief. It's now been 8 days and I feel little almost no piercing pain. My doctor stated that most supplements need at least 3 months of steady use to determine effectiveness. The 1 week reviews are probably not relevant. After going thru the 45 minute video sales pitch, I bought 4 bottle of this expensive Nerve supplement for chronic Sciatica. I followed the 3 pillI a day directions. The suggested dosage is 3 capsules per day, and the only indication that this product caused some activity in my body is when I took all 3 capsuleds at the same time in the morning my urine turned bright yellow!
