Whoa...I will not be taking anymore of these. Dosage says "Adults, take three capsules daily". I can't even imagine taking three. I took one and spent the day with acid reflux, off and on dizziness, an overall uncomfortable body feeling of just being out of it throughout the day and had a very hard time sleeping that night. I put 1/3 of a capsule in my morning smoothie today and started feeling loopy about 10 minutes later. Does it help nerve function? IMO not any better than an MSM cream and with a cream I've never felt out of it or had acid reflux like a volcano was erupting in my solar plexus. This bottle will be returned. ... show more

Don't think this product is worth the money, particularly since one must take 3 pills daily.....so, the bottle is only one month's worth.

My doctor stated that most supplements need at least 3 months of steady use to determine effectiveness. The 1 week reviews are probably not relevant. After going thru the 45 minute video sales pitch, I bought 4 bottle of this expensive Nerve supplement for chronic Sciatica. I followed the 3 pillI a day directions.
