The key ingredient in this product is the alpha, lipoic acid at 600mg and the vit b12. If you check your daily vitamin, you most likely are getting significant amounts of b12. So for nerve calming, the most significant ingredient is the apa. There are much cheaper alternatives for larger quantities of 600 mg in capsule form on amazon. Looking at the reviews, especially “it did not work” this is for neuropathy, sciatic problems can be other things like alignment. Also supplements do not work unless one changes diet and other habits, like lowering carbs and stopping sugar. Anti inflammatory foods also to bring body alkaline.

I had a constant sharp, piercing, burning 🔥 pain in my right leg where only stretching worked briefly. After getting this product and taking it as directed, after 3 days I noticed a big difference. Not as constant. Still there but not so severe. 5 days, way better. Didn't have to bend over anymore to get a bit of relief. It's now been 8 days and I feel little almost no piercing pain.     • Did not work for Sciatica relief
My doctor stated that most supplements need at least 3 months of steady use to determine effectiveness. The 1 week reviews are probably not relevant. After going thru the 45 minute video sales pitch, I bought 4 bottle of this expensive Nerve supplement for chronic Sciatica. I followed the 3 pillI a day directions. I didnot get any relief or feel any lessening of the pain. I feel like a fool who slick salesman. This Nerve Supplement is overly expensive and ineffective for Sciatica nerve pain. ... show more

I took this product as directed for the entire bottle. Unfortunately, it did not help one bit. No noticeable difference at all. This product is priced expensively. I have reached out to Stonehenge Health for a full refund. Nothing yet.
