I appreciate the convenience of NAC in gummy form, and the sugar-free formula is a nice touch. The ingredients seem solid, and I like the added MCT for absorption. That said, the taste is… an experience. Not unbearable, but not exactly something I look forward to either. Tastes great, like blueberry/blue raspberry soft gummy bears, with no “sugar-free” aftertaste or tummy upset. I started taking them at a higher dose (2 gummies/3x a day for 3 days) because I was congested & had bronchitis.
