  • Worth it
I can't say enough about this hammer it's amazing. I have been swinging hammers for 14 years and I always thought wood was the best for shock absorption, this hammer takes all shock away. The side nail puller is worth it alone. The only dislike I can say about it is that it doesn't come with the Allen wrench, to make sure the head is tight. It's expensive but worth it when you use a hammer everyday like I do. ... show more

  • Best out there
I'm a hands on genral contractor. I have used about everything out there in terms of hammers. I really like the feel of some and I really like the hard-hitting of others but I have never been able to find one that I love both. Until I bought the Stiletto. Love the option of replacing the face when it gets flattened out for framing. the swing and fill and the hard-hitting of this hammer compares to nothing else that I have had. I have read reviews that it is a little sticky pulling it out of a hammer hoop which I would have to agree with but with 1 minute with my razor knife I have fix that problem. yes they are expensive but when my first one was stolen off of one job site I still had no problem replacing it just because I loved it that much. Thank You Amazon for offering this at a great price! ... show more

  • Great Tool
I bought this after watching all of my coworkers using these for around two years now. I know you get what you pay for but I didn't want to be the guinea pig. The price is quite salty, but it's worth it! We erect scaffold (cuplock) every day. That entails striking metal all day every day. Hard on the elbow when using steel hammers! So with some Christmas $$ I decided it was time. I've been using this hammer for a month now and it is very forgiving on my aging elbow! The only thing that annoys me is that the head and bolt rotate. This misaligns the magnetic nail start channel. I even used loctite and it still moves. Not a huge deal since I set nails the traditional way, but still a little annoying. All in all, I will buy again if this one ever wears out. I don't see that happening anytime soon though. The hammer feels indestructible. ... show more

  • Happy
By far the best hammer to swing I was using the Martinez hammer which is great aswell but the stiletto is bar far lighter and the side mail puller is much more effective love it pretty pricey but u won’t have to ever worry about getting a new one again

  • You get what you pay for!
This hammer is ridiculously light. Has a long handle so you can really swing with authority. Only one issue i have found is not being able to break a loose the head to swap from the waffle head to flat. Other than that its deff been worth the money!

  • Garbage..
I am a contractor. Got this hammer in the mail today at 1 pm. I used it for 5 or 6 hours. By the end of the very FIRST HALF DAY of use the milled face is almost completely smooth and where the over molded handle meets the titanium it has already peeled or rolled back 1/4" from taking it in and out of my occi tool bags. This leads me to believe in a week or two of heavy use I'll have a titanium handle with no remaining rubber handle. My rating doesn't have to do with effectiveness as a striking tool, it's light and it can drive nails. But for $170 dollars they can't temper the waffle face to last more than 6 hours or make a handle that will hold up? To sum it up: 1. spend $170 for a Tibone 2. Fix the handle on your brand new hammer before you use it 3. Don't forget about that monthly cost of $35 for a new milled face. I got a physics degree in college. I fully understand why a titanium hammer makes sense. I think it is a good idea. I'm relatively young and like the idea of not having a bad elbow/back from heavy tools in my bags day in and day out. But the execution on Stiletto's part I think was embarrassing. Right now I'm wishing I could return this P.O.S. ... show more

  • Best hammer you can buy.
Much cheaper online than any store. I swing a hammer all day at work driving nails. This thing reduces the vibrations you normally get and after one day of use you will never go back. I know it's a ridiculous about for a hammer but it is well worth it. It has a long handle that can get annoying in your belt loop. Be warned if you get the milled face it will a "pining" noise when driving nails. Used it to; Drive nails Chip concrete Snap ties Pull 16p nails with ease Anything you use a normal hammer for. It's a tool don't be afraid to use it like many others are ... show more

  • Great investment!
I'm a framer, so I was lucky that my boss had this exact hammer. He was always raving on about how good it was, so when I drove a few nails with it I liked the feel of it as well and decided 2 buy 1. Once I got my own and got used 2 it I love it even more. Curved handle has a lovely feel, perfect weight, drives any nail with ease, no repetitive strain injury, but the side pullers is the wow factor, it is brilliant!! It's a lot of money for a hammer, but if you're gonna be using it day in day out, you'll be very happy with the investment! ... show more
