I really like this stick style vacuum! I find it is so much easier to use for quick jobs than my traditional cannister vacuum and upright vacuum. I was pleasantly surprised by the suction power - I thought it might be similar to a handheld vacuum, but it is as powerful as my cannister or upright vacuum. I also like how maneuverable it is. I feel like it is easier to vacuum underneath furniture than my upright and less clumsy than dragging around the cannister vac. This stick vacuum is easy to put together and it is easy to empty the dirt collector. After I assembled it, I did a quick vacuum of the bedroom and was shocked at how much hair and dirt it picked up since I am constantly vacuuming. I have a dog that is a terrible shedder and every morning I have to go through a ritual of removing all the dog hair from the duvet/comforter. After using all kinds of different types of pet hair collectors I eventually resorted to the elaborate process of getting out the vacuum and the hose and the brush and essentially vacuuming the bed. That works, but what a pain. Now it is much easier. I attach the floor brush directly to the main body unit and it only takes a few minutes. Then I can remove the floor brush, attach the tube and quickly vacuum around the bedroom and the bathroom. I am a firm believer that the proper tools make any job easier and quicker. The better the house cleaning tools the cleaner the house. If I was forced to complain about anything it would be the cord length. A little longer would be great. I think that's just me though, I hate stopping to reposition the plug. I also must mention that the floor brush is better on floors than carpet. While it is ok on carpet, meaning wall to wall type carpet, it doesn't leave those nice vacuum marks - haha. It is good for carpets or rugs that my other vacuums like to mangle. I am able to use this vacuum on my older delicate area rugs that can't withstand a "beater bar" or the very strong suction of my cannister vac. This stick vacuum is good value for the money, and would be a great addition to your house cleaning tools. Makes vacuuming stairs very easy. I think this would also be great for the car. I haven't used the wall hanger but it is a nice feature. Would make a great gift for a new homeowner or first apartment. ... show more

    • Handy secondary vacuum
Suction is good, this is definitely a step up from "hand-held" vacuums - closer to a full-size vacuum, but obviously not quite the same still. The handle is ergonomic enough, and the vacuum is light, but using this for a while is still likely to hurt (at least in my experience). So it's not really a replacement for a bigger vacuum in a larger house, but it is great for a smaller space! I mostly use it for our closets and other spaces that are harder to get a large vacuum into, and it is also great for reaching tall spots (like cleaning spider webs from a ceiling corner) and stairs. The cord is pretty long, so reach is good. There's no cord storage (internal or external), the closest thing to cord storage you get is to wrap it around the handle and the dust chamber, but that's fine. Nice little selection of accessories too, and the fact that the length can be adjusted is awesome. Overall I like it, it fills a niche purpose I didn't realize I needed filled but now that I have it I keep finding little things to use it for that I couldn't with our normal vacuum cleaner. ... show more

Gave this vacuum a shot and didn't come away impressed, even at the low price of $41 (at the time of this review). It has decent suction but after a short time using the unit gets so hot that you can feel the heat even in the handle, that can't be good. I also found that if you turn the unit upside down debris in the catch bin can actually fall back out down the entry tube as there is no valve or other mechanism to seal that when it isn't on. It's just not a high quality product and I feel there are other options availble, selling for far less than the brand they are mimicking, that would be a better choice. ... show more

This stick vacuum cleaner is a no-frills, basic model that gets the job done for quick cleanups. The plastic floor piece feels a bit cheap, but it's lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture and into tight spaces. The included wall mount is handy for storage, although it lacks instructions. It's pretty straightforward to mount it and slip the vacuum into the cradle. I like having a dedicated spot to keep this vacuum charged and ready to go. While I primarily use a robot vacuum for regular cleaning, this stick vac is perfect for spot cleaning areas that I don’t allow the robot to go. It does an excellent job picking up dust, dirt, and debris from crevices in the couch or other nooks and crannies around my home. The suction power is impressive enough. Emptying the dust canister is as simple as pushing a button to release the bottom and letting the contents fall out. No fuss, no muss. For my needs of tackling localized messes and getting into tight spaces, this stick vacuum works really well. I wouldn't want to use it as my primary vacuum for a whole house, but it makes a great supplemental cleaner, especially in smaller spaces. Overall, this is a capable little vacuum that offers good value for the price if you manage your expectations. I love this vacuum it works so well! It’s so light weight and perfect size to stay out of the way.. not huge and bulky like most normal vacuums. It works soo well it sucks up everything greatly! Its appearance is pretty and does not look cheap or anything like it. It’s wicked easy to use and comes with a bunch of attachments for hard to get spots! Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Good for small spaces
I think this vacuum is a good option for small spaces, like apartments or student living. The canister is relatively small, so if you’re planning to use it for an entire house, you’ll be going back and forth to empty it every five minutes. The suction is pretty good, it definitely sucks stuff up. My biggest complaint is how top-heavy it is. It makes sense, because the motor and canister are at the top, for when you want to use is as a handheld vacuum without the stick, but it still makes it awkward to handle. ... show more
