I bought this for my son for his first computer and sadly it did not work when it arrived. I contacted the company and their tech support helped me trouble shoot one issue over the phone but it still did not work properly so they initiated a warranty claim for me and completely replaced the computer. I had a new one that worked perfectly within just a few days of starting the claim. I'm highly satisfied with their customer service. As far as the computer itself, we are very happy with it. My son uses it for gaming but is not into any heavy duty games yet so I'm not sure how it would perform in those circumstances but it is perfect for his current needs. ... show more

So I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and the ONLY issue I have is the wifi issues which I’m guessing you’ve seen in other reviews. Other than that it works well and I’m a light gamer so I don’t play hardcore shooting games and all that just casual stuff like Roblox or sims4 or vrchat etc so for me it’s great and a good value for money considering the price I got it for. It was easy to setup like it literally took less than five minutes and my games runs well when the wifi is not messing up. Overall if you are like me and game lightly and woulda’t mind your Wi-Fi cutting out every couple of hours for like 3 mins then I’d say buy lol ... show more

The PC works completely fine, no issues upon startup and can run beefy games like Red Dead Redemption 2 on its highest graphic settings with NO LAG!! Unfortunately my mouse and keyboard did not work with my pc and i had to use my old stuff lying around. Overall a really great PC esp for the price! I was so excited to get this computer and I’m very happy with it! I’ve had it for about a week and it works great and looks really cool! The only con is that I think the processor isn’t the greatest it keeps trying to update to windows 11 but the pc says the processor isn’t compatible with 11. So if you’re looking to upgrade away from 10 then make sure you get a different processor build. Overall I’m giving 5 stars and hoping I don’t have any problems with windows 10. 😊 ... show more

Out of all the STGAubron computers on Amazon, this is the best one available under $500. First off, the 1TB of memory is great at this price point. The Processor, an Intel i3-10100F, is much newer and more powerful than the i7-4770 that come with most of their other builds. For those that don't know, the numbers immediately the i3 or i7 indicate the processor generation; in this case, you're comparing a 2-3 year old 10th Gen i3 to a 12 year old 4th Gen i7. The Super 1660 Graphics card is also an upgrade compared to the Radeon RX580 in most of their other builds. I bought this for my son for Christmas as an upgrade for his old gaming laptop, and we are blown away. It looks good, it's quiet, and the performance is very impressive. The peripherals are adequate and about what you'd expect for free stuff; honestly they could have left them out and this PC would still be one of the best deals on Amazon. They aren't wireless but they look cool and function fine. The Keyboard is very "clicky". Wifi works ok with the included USB adaptor, we're getting 220mb per second download speed with the router on the opposite end of the house. The housing will make future upgrades easy as well. This is not a high end computer, but for the cost it doesn't get much better, even if you build one yourself. I highly recommend it. ... show more

I picked this up for my mother who doesn’t game but needed a new PC. It was packaged well and came assembled ready to go. However, when she plugged everything in there was no signal to the monitor. Being that I’m 1000 miles away I was not able to diagnose it, I had a friend go check it out. He swapped the video card for her and everything was fine. I’d assume the builder tested this PC before shipping so maybe the card got damaged in transit. It was packed tight with foam inside the case but anything’s possible. I did not return the PC because I had plenty of video cards and was going to give her a better one anyway, but the video card situation may have been a problem for someone looking to plug and play out of the box. ... show more
