    • Computer Stopped Working. Cannot Reach Seller.

I bought this computer for my son on June 13, 2024. This was actually the second time I purchased it in June. The first package was apparently damaged in transit and returned to the seller before I ever received it. Unfortunately, the computer stopped working within 6 months. It stopped suddenly, and it will not turn on. I have tried to contact the seller several times, both by email and phone. My emails get bounced back to me from the Mail Delivery Subsystem with a “delivery incomplete” or a “message not delivered” email response. I get what sounds like a fax machine when I call their phone number. This has been going on for weeks. I am incredibly disappointed. I spent $559.99 plus taxes on a computer that worked for less than six months, and I have been unable to reach anyone to help me. According to the seller's information, there is a hardware warranty, but it’s not helpful since I have been unable to reach anyone regarding the issue. ... show more

Bought last week and been gaming on it since Friday feb 7th 2025.. 1 day later on feb 8th (Saturday) my games kept crashing constantly even after I turned them down to 60 fps.. mind you this has the i9 processor and 6700 gpu.. shouldn’t be black screen on rocket league.. the second picture that I added was after on Sunday Feb 10th 2025 exactly two days after I opened the box and started playing I bought a rtx 4060 to see if it was the gpu.. I’m not engineer but I’m 99 percent sure those fins are not supposed to be bent, after I installed the new gpu the computer runs 10x better with no issues.. I would give it a 5 star if they can refund me some because I think it’s bogus.. but I will be keeping this pc for a long time so I’m 4/5 stars happy with it.. ... show more

    • BAD PC AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had problems right from the start with this PC. Contacted tech support and I almost returned then. But decided to reset the PC and it fixed the issue. Fast forward, 3 weeks after the return timeframe ended, the PC started freezing on Word documents. Contacted tech support again, this time they were willing to take it under warranty but I had to provide shipping costs TO CANADA for a PC that had known problems. I refused to pay. It would have cost me over $80 to get it to them. Plus I had just lost my job and could not afford it. The company was so rude and unhelpful when talking to them. If it had only been about the shipping, I probably would have understood. But this company went above and beyond to make things more difficult. Correspondence was through Amazon messenging and not through phone call. When I requested to call on the phone, I was not provided with phone number. Their parent company is SKYTECH. THey did not just lose a customer for STGAAubron, but for their parent company as well. I refuse to give another dollar to this company. It has been several months since this happened, and I am still mad at how I was treated. ... show more

Not a bad beginner pc at all. Runs nice and stays cool under a decent load. I replaced the wifi dongle that came with it because it was terrible for connection. I'm around the 3 month mark of having it and I've lost 3 fans, 1 quit completely and the other 2 the bearing went out and started bouncing around in the fan case making a horrible noise. No way to report or contact seller so youre kinda on your own for fixing these issues. ... show more
