Yes, you may see good reviews on this pc, but they all review right after buying, receiving then testing the pc, this is exactly why I bought it, but DO NOT LISTEN to the good reviews. I say do not buy this because this is not a long-term pc, you will experience a lot of crashing, blue or green screens and sometimes it will seem if your monitor is broken but it's the pc. I also say do not buy this because soon you will come to realize that it's not even good for gaming, if you plan on buying this you will have better luck with a Lenovo, Rell, hp and other good laptops, this pc is literally worse than a laptop. You will soon also come to realize you need to download things for your pc to even work remotely well. So, to save you all the trouble. Do NOT buy this pc, I do not recommend this pc at all, this is only for this pre-built pc, this is not for all pre-built pc's. ... show more

I bought it as a surprise Christmas gift . I’m glad I have tried it before I present it to them. It’s not working SSD installed is not functioning properly and keep shutting down. Call customer service and never got response. After return period you will be done

    • Wish I Had Done Something Different
It's OK, but that's all, and that's not really what I want for a fresh-out-of-the-box PC. I can't get it to run two screens, and there are ports on the back that have "DO NOT USE!" stickers over the top of them, which is really kind of insane for a new PC. The bundled monitor sometimes comes to life with the computer, sometimes it doesn't, and that's frustrating. The wireless connectivity is from a USB dongle, which uses up a port, and I ended up using my son's previous keyboard and mouse because the ones that came with felt flimsy. It will run Fortnight. The wireless connection has been mostly OK. Like the different LED colors available, and the little remote that you can use with them. Still, this feels like a desktop with a two year lifespan and not much more. ... show more

Haven't been able to use it, the motherboard is missing parts/broken parts. Having to put new parts in after getting it looked at. Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn’t recommend, overheated super fast then the whole computer just crashed after 30 minutes of use, if you’re not looking to spend much then I would recommend anything better then this computer, I have a 2060 it actually runs really smooth
