My son loves this computer and it worked great at first! Then, out of nowhere 3 months later the video card died. No way to reach customer support. Too bad! Otherwise has been a good machine.

    • Great Value - Sound Bar does not work and AMAZON will not help
The computer itself is worth the price. However, the sound bar that is included with the computer does not work. I contacted amazon for help getting it replaced and the only way to get the small sound bar replaced is to return the ENTIRE computer that has already been set up and order a new one. I find this to be very unprofessional and very inconvenient to say the least. When asked for a refund for just that part I was denied as well. Customer service rep that I dealt with was very rude and did not seem to care about my frustrations what so ever. ... show more
