I got a “used open box” one for half the price. At that price point I would say it is worth it. Able to ID targets up to about 100 yards reliably. Only issue is batteries deplete VERY quickly. With consistent running of it in full IR light, it’ll probably last about an hour. Would be good to invest in rechargeables. ... show more

I should have went with my instincts and spent more money on something better. Live and learn. I wanted something inexpensive to see out in my backyard at night when my dogs went to barking, didn’t need an expensive device for what I wanted it for. This thing is pure junk and doesn’t do anything as advertised. Image is very blurry even after trying for two hours to get it to work. This device has no night vision as everything you see through it is very blurry and grainy. It’s actually useless in everything it’s advertised to do. Don’t waste your money. ... show more
