I love this machine. The pros - it can be used on hardwood floors and for vacuuming carpet and area rugs. Works excellent on both. It has a large clean water tank. You control the amount of water spray with a button directly under your hand on the handle. I love this because you can decide if you want the area sprayed or not. It leaves the floor much drier then the Tineco brand I have. Huge bonus! Super easy to assemble and change the rollers. Grandsons really loved the talking feature. When they're not visiting, I turn it off. Cute reminders though. They think it's really funny when the mop says the word "stinky". Leaves the floor super barefoot clean! Very easy to remove and replace both the clean and dirty water tanks. The price! Snagged this on a deal, well worth the $140 ish I paid. Self cleanng feature is a win, win. It runs a 1 minute clean cycle. Sometimes have to run it twice to clean roll from thorough messes (see previous mention about Grandsons) Would DEFINETLY buy again! Now for the cons: It's very LOUD. Along with loud comes powerful. Seems quieter when kids are louder, and very loud home alone. As they say, everything is a trade-off, so I will take the loudness. So Ive only purchased 2 similer products before. This is by far the easiest to use and clean. Best in the price and technology. The only issue I have is the battery life. My house is approx. 1200 sq. ft. And by the time im 3/4 of the way done it needs to recharge. So to accomodate...I start where the battery died(so to speak) then work that way. Its manageable. Otherwise suction, depth of cleaning, weight and noise are deserving of 4 stars. ... show more

I upgraded this vac mop from the shark vac mop I have all wood floors and the shark was good for my last home but I needed something that would last longer at first I was hesitant when I tried it the first time I didn’t like that had hardly any cleaner coming out then I tried the eco max and that solved my issue it is cordless last much longer and does an amazing job on cleaning my floors and cleaning t self cleans those are nice features to have also if you have it on voice assistant it will let you know what you need to do next I highly recommend this vac mop worth every penny! Update not even 3 weeks later it is no longer working it keeps saying add water i troubleshooted with Amazon for a half an hour and they said it was defective. I really liked it when it worked just glad it stopped while I could still return it. ... show more

Vacuum portion worked better than my Shark even on normal mode. Max mode works great. Mopping was easy. Self cleaning mode is amazing.Other reviews mentioned displeasure with the battery life, but I had no issue. Charging doc is a nice feature too.

I love this cordless cleaner so much. it is light weight, no cords to trip over. Easy to run, easy to charge, seems to hold a charge longer than it says it is supposed to which makes it so much better. I have used it on my old kitchen floor and it cleaned so nice. Then I tried it on my throw rugs in my house and i could not believe how much dirt came up and dog hair that apparently was stuck in the carpet. It is so easy to clean the brushes when you are finished, Empty the dirty tank, fill the clean tank with clean water Put the scrubber in its charging port and plug the charger in, hit the button and it starts washing the brush. it pulls the dirt and the dog hair out amazingly. I was quite impressed. Empty the tanks when done, let them dry put them back on the scrubber. Take the roller off and put it in its spot on the cleaning pan next to the other scrubber. it is light weight and so easy to take apart too clean afterwards. All the brushes you need come with it. For once in the past 8 years I don't mind scrubbing my kitchen floor. I threw out the old heavy corded floor scrubber. ... show more

I have uneven wood floors, and the suction is terrible. It throws muddy water all over. I had to rinse the mop head a dozen times to get my floors somewhat clean. It left mud trails, and I still need a regular mop to finish cleaning. It is quiet, and it is easier to remove and clear the mop head. On my tile floors, it left water in the grout areas. It didn't have enough suction to pull the water out. I had higher hopes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve gone through many of these vacuums and have purchased all the way up to a bissel crosswave for almost $400. My last one was a Tinico which was absolutely terrible and crapped out after a year. I didn’t want to go up to the crosswave again because I didn’t want to pay that much and wasn’t too impressed by my first one. After searching through Amazon I came across this machine and was a little deterred after the comments but decided to try it anyway since it is still pretty affordable. This machine is great and take it from someone who has had about 5 of these kinds of vacuums. I also love how the charging dock is in the platform so all you have to do is place the vacuum on it and it charges.. you don’t have to continually connect a cord to the vacuum. It’s self cleaning is impressive and I love the voice notifications. The brushes it comes with are great and I have titled textured wood plank floors and the brush is able to get into all the grooves! Also there is a 24 month manufacturer warranty! I called just to check it out and was able to reach someone right away! If you’re hesitant don’t be… BUY IT and thank me later! ... show more
