I purchased this pool and when I inflated it, there was a small leak in the lower ring. I contacted the company with my concerns. They immediately got a replacement sent to me and didn't even make me send the defective one back. They also gave me an extended warranty on the replacement. The customer service was extremely timely and took care of all my concerns. The replacement pool is up and running. I'm loving it. The grandkids love it. This pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. This pool either didn’t inflate correctly or there’s an issue with the overall design. The inflatable seat doesn’t just fail to hold up your weight, but it also has you bend in such a way just to sit on it. Not the most comfortable feature. The first photo shows how the left side gives way and lets out all the water. The second and third show the water release value in the corner next to the seat. This valve comes open simply by jumping into the pool. It doesn’t have a way to lock and prevent this. I’d suggesting gluing it shut if you wish to keep your water bill low. This pool isn’t worth the amount of money I paid for it… ... show more

This product was amazing at first- super cute, easy, and fun for the kids. However, it’s been used approx 5-6 times and has started leaking air…. Even while in use. No obvious holes found… so patching isn’t an option. A tad pricey for a handful of uses.

**Not So Satisfied Review of StarOcean Inflatable Pool with Canopy** I recently purchased the StarOcean Inflatable Pool with Canopy, hoping to create a fun and relaxing outdoor experience for my family. While the concept of the pool with a canopy was appealing, my experience with the product left me somewhat disappointed, primarily due to its size. Firstly, the advertised description of the pool as "large" is misleading. Upon inflating the pool, I found it to be smaller than expected, especially for accommodating both kids and adults comfortably. The dimensions provided did not translate well into practical use, and it felt cramped even with just a few people inside. The canopy itself, while a nice addition for sun protection, also felt inadequate in size. It provided shade, but only for a small portion of the pool area, leaving much of the pool exposed to direct sunlight for most of the day. In terms of durability, the materials seemed decent but not exceptional. While it held up initially, I had concerns about its long-term durability, especially with regular use by active children. The setup process was straightforward, and inflating the pool was relatively easy. However, deflating and storing the pool posed challenges due to its size. It required more storage space than I anticipated, making it less convenient to put away when not in use. Overall, while the StarOcean Inflatable Pool with Canopy has some positive aspects like easy setup and initial functionality, its size and canopy coverage were disappointing. We've had lots of inflatable pools over the years (more than a dozen), and I can honestly say that this is the best one we've ever had. Excellent depth, curvatures, and shape, but where it really shines is *size* - it's right in the sweet spot for a family of three. (Not so big that it takes forever to fill and clean, not so small that we're crowding each other.) 10/10. Great customer service, too! ... show more

This is not a good value for your money. It would not keep air in the pool. There were no holes. Wasn't sure if it was because of the heat but it is a pool so most people would have it out in the heat. I think the thickness was not there and the quality was not there. I ended up returning it.

This is a nice inflatable pool that comes with a canopy. I love that this pool has a canopy because it provides shade when needed. I can take it off or put it on. It is durable and well made of PVC plastic. It even has a seat built in. It has an ocean theme design and I guess you could use it indoors if you wanted. I like that it has 3 different air chambers that you can adjust as needed. For me this pool is perfect for getting some sun in the backyard and enjoying some downtime. ... show more
