Bought this pool float for my grandchildren and it was actually a lot bigger than I had realized. It is huge! My grandchildren are ages from 2 to 8 and we had four grandchildren on this float going around the pool. It was very easy to inflate, we used a pump since it is so huge. It is so colorful, and nice that the body is flat and several could all get on it at same time, even an adult got on it and it held up. It is excellent quality and a great price. I bought this for my kids...and me but it's nearly impossible to stay on, as an adult. You have to be positioned perfectly otherwise you topple over. Even the kids, 5 and under, hard a hard time staying on until I told them to stay exactly in the middle bubble (which defeats the "riding the unicorn" look). It's still fun to see who can stay on the longest and pretty looking. I don't think its extremely durable, the seams don't look that well made and it was smaller than I was expecting. ... show more

Ginormous pool float. Perfect for my 6 year old who loves unicorns. she's tiny but this pool float is big enough where she can lay back on it to relax and you could fit several kids on at the same time. Takes a long time to inflate. I used an air compressor and it went slow. I doubt inflating this by mouth is advisable since it would take all day lol. There's 2 valves to add air. one in the center for the area you sit on and one for the rest which is a huge area containing the head, wings, tail and body.     • Mixture of great and bad
This thing is a mixed bag. It looks great. It's very large and looks majestic floating in the pool. It's easy to blow up and seems hardy enough for play. However, it's impossible to mount. Due to it's oblong shape, it tips sideways really easily. We made a game called "mount the unicorn" where we try to get on the thing and balance. It straight up dunks everyone that tries. It takes precision and determination to get on the thing and, once on, it takes constant adjustments to stay on. If you're looking for something to relax on, look elsewhere. But if you're looking to challenge friends and family to not get water up their nose, than this is for you! ... show more

I purchased this for a community event with a giant slip and slide. Our field is rather bumpy and so I purchased several air mattresses as well as a couple big fun animals for the kids to slide on. This unicorn (or, rather, "alicorn" as every precocious young girl at the event corrected me) was large enough for kids to double up on. PLUS, it held up when adults up to 250 lbs ran and dove onto it on the slide. I was impressed for the value!
