Features

  • Positive/Negative Netting is the perfect electric fencing solution for areas with dry soil. Electric Netting is a completely prefabricated electric fence system rolled up into one box. No hassling with wires, connectors, or posts; meaning protecting your livestock is faster & easier than ever! Use just one net, or connect multiple nets together to create an enclosure that meets your specific needs..
  • Starkline Positive/Negative Netting includes 14 preinstalled PVC posts with heavy-duty 6 galvanized double-spiked stakes designed to provide rigid support in any environment.
  • The mesh is composed of 10 horizontal strands with vertical strands evenly spaced every 7.
  • Simply connect the ground () terminal of the fence energizer to the connection point on the bottom strand of the +/- netting, and connect the positive () terminal to the connection point near the top strand of the netting.
  • Protects sheep, goats, & other medium to large sized livestock. Keeps out deer, bear, raccoons, rabbits, foxes, coyotes, skunks, & more
  • An energizer of at least .15 joules is required for the fencing to be effective. For the electric net to be fully portable, we suggest pairing with a solar energizer.

  • Works great!
Our goats won't go near it!

  • works well and easy to set up
This mesh fencing arrived very quickly. It was easy to set up. Starkline has better quality posts with 2 prongs to actually be able to "step in" instead of the single posts of other brands that can be more difficult. It's keeping the goats in and dogs out. The animals have tested it a couple of times now and have run off from the shock and now avoid it. ... show more

  • Fence won’t stay hot
Cannot get this fence to stay hot. Only bottom wire it negative, so the fence is constantly shorting when the next wire up sags down due to fence sections being to long. And poles are incredibly flimsy.

  • Works well if used right
During Covid I was unable to get the positive negative fences that I’m used to running so I thought I’d give it a try, it seems to work very well, even in the summer in dry northern California climate as long as you don’t overfeed them. If you leave them in too long, they will go through the fence that’s true with any electric fence, as far as the sagging and shorting out that people mention, if you keep your post tight and on as level of ground as possible. , You won’t have that problem, if I’m going over a hill where the post are too far apart, just put a fiberglass post in between it , it solves the problem I’ve been using electric fence for 30 years, and run miles of high tensile 12 1/2 gauge 7 strands of positive negative electric fence , broken insulators always seem to be the problem with it. I’ve tried numerous different brands with the same results. They must be maintained whether it’s metal wire , poly wire or electric netting, it’s not a permanent fence works fine for strip, grazing and fuel brakes. if you use common sense you’ll be happy with the fence ... show more

  • Not practical
First I would like to start with starkline is not a bad brand, But i don’t know why they would sell this product. I have 2 other fences by them that are great. The poles on this product are soft and bendy not sturdy at all. The bottom wire of my other products are not electric so it keeps it from grounding easier, this product how ever does not. If you were going to use it to move a Hurd a short distance I would say go ahead buy it, but then again why would you spend this much. I will be returning and sending back to buy a different product. ... show more

  • Works great for my goats
Love this! Easiest to install with 2 people but is doable by myself. Two people just helps with the untangling. Works great and keeps my goats in just fine!

  • Posts too far apart
The posts are too far apart. The fence between the posts easily sags and hits the ground. Fine for the neg wire but bad for the next wire up (a positive), Suggest buying extra posts (avail from Amazon) to support where fence sags.

  • Great product, nice price
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to move around. Horses, cows, goats respect it. Even the really big horses do not mess with it. We have since bought a second one and very very happy with it.
