    • Works, just not very powerful
You have to be pretty close to the unit to feel the heat. Anything over 3 feet away will not feel it. Also, you have to be close to the unit to use the remote. Won’t work past about 8 feet away or so.

First, I don't usually write customer reviews. But because Star Patio provided such good customer service, I believe it is right and just. The Star Light ceiling fixture arrived in a secure container with good Styrofoam padding and plastic wrap. After installing the light, I discovered the remote control was inoperable. After a couple of email exchanges with Star Patio customer service they sent me a new remote control that works perfectly. Thus, I highly recommend this product. ... show more

You had better be in a tiny, tiny area with this thing hanging directly over you. Think, smaller than a prison cell size and you may benefit from the heat of this heater lol. Seriously, not worth 20 bucks due to the limited scope of it’s heating capability.

First one arrived broken in the box, second worked for about a month the nothing. Make a beep but beeps don't keep you warm.
