    • Attractive light design but light output is very bright
The halogen bulbs in this heater are extremely bright. If you're using this at night, you won't need any other lights on. The heat output is nice and it's fairly attractive while not in use so basic functionality is great.

    • Pull string fail after two months.
We use it daily but two months after we installed the heater, the pull string has failed and now it’s completely useless. No user manual was included and I can’t find one on the website. The heater was a decent item. We liked it. Five star review two days ago.

My mother-in-law loves sitting on the porch no matter the temperature, so I purchased this heater to hang above her favorite spot. It works quite well and definitely warms up the general area under it.

    • No longer works. No way to contact company!
This heater worked great, when it worked. But about 3 months in and it doesn't work anymore. There is no way to contact the seller! I thought for $151 it would last longer. Do NOT buy from this company, unless you want to throw your money away.

    • Almost Perfect for what I needed.
This heater has to modes which is perfect for what I needed. The chains make it easy to lower or heighten as needed. The only draw back is the length of the power cord. I wish it was just a little bit longer.
