I bought this unit as a cost-efficient way of staying in shape. I searched through many listings and found this one which checked every box for me. Due to the low ceilings in my basement a total gym would not work. This unit is not tall but allows for most everything you could do on a total gym system. It is sturdy, I feel comfortable using it. Granted I am no body builder, but having 300lbs on the squat rack does not make it flex or bend at all. It is very convenient to fold away when not in use as well, though you do have to remove your bar to make that work. One addition to this. When I received it, there was an issue with the bar catches. I reached out to the company through Amazon and they responded quickly, and sent the right parts immediately. I am very happy not only with the product but the customer service as well. ... show more
