I took two pills each morning with my coffee for about 3 weeks. I felt great, increased energy and less fatigue. Unfortunately about 2 weeks in, my eyes started to feel very dry and itchy, at 3 weeks I had to stop taking the pills as I realized my painfully dry eyes, and at this point dry skin, was caused from taking this supplement. I had to stop taking it. My eyes and skin have healed but it took about a week after I discontinued use of the supplement. ... show more
