The media could not be loaded. This is a full, new construction installation set, for the complete shower system. It is perfectly made, with the best quality components. I can easily see this system going into the finest newly constructed custom homes. The mixer is solid brass with polished ball valves in durable nylon seats, tabbed for simple installation. The mounting hardware for the mixer valve is included. Here's something you don't see every day... Each of the finely finished brushed stainless steel finish fixture components are individually packaged in their own bag, to prevent scratches or damage. They even include a pair of white cotton gloves for installing the finish components!!! And (this part I really like) the flow restrictor is included, but NOT already installed. We don't need the restrictor at our house and I'm glad that I didn't have to try to dig it out of the mixer valve. For my purposes, I really only needed the dual shower head assembly. But, the price on this kit was so good, I was happy to get it. The 6 way adjustable heads give me and my wife exactly what we need, from a gentle mist, to a full spray, to a full on deep penetrating massage. This is the most luxurious way to shower. I am not a plumber (this was my first plumbing effort outside of replacing a faucet) and this took a little effort to install and get with no leaks, but it was a little effort, nothing too troublesome. It did install without any real issues in the guest bathroom and the shower heads have received rave reviews by our guests that have used it. I am looking to purchase the same one for my shower! This is a really nice set. It comes with everything including the plumbing hardware that goes in the wall. he will have to take out your old plumbing hardware and replace it with in this one in order for the handle and handle plate to mount up to the wall. A showerhead and handheld shower wand are huge upgrade over what we had. Lots of water output selections on both of them. The brushed nickel finish on all of the pieces is top notch. I knew that this was a very high-end system once I open the box and saw it was packed inside. Talk about attention to detail and packing everything. they went to great lengths to make sure that everything is protected and the finish doesn't get scratched. This is a very high-end shower system that you can expect to pay 200 plus dollars if it were a name brand like Moen. This replaces an old Moen set up that is seen better days and is 15 years old. Unit was carefully packaged with each component in a cloth bag and custom foam package to protect during shipping. It has a nice dull black powder coat finish. I replaced an old Delta unit and the length of this was just barely sufficient in these 80 year old walls with real 2"x4" framing and plaster instead of the more modern 2 x 4s and drywall. Flow adjustments are great and I did not use the restrictor supplied so there is great water flow. Also, the handheld and fixed sprayer have the same settings and either can be turned on or off if desired. Overall, a quality product at a good price. ... show more

I gave this product a preliminary review because I was so impressed with the care that went into the packaging. As it turned out the product itself was no less impressive. Because it was being installed in a home that was built in 1972 our installer did need to make some minor adjustments in the wall to accommodate the internal plumbing of the unit which was slightly wider than that of the fixture that was being replaced. With that being accomplished the unit was installed and it looks great in our new shower enclosure. Of course the proof is in the using and it works and more importantly feels great. Our son was visiting from out of town today and he was equally impressed, expressing a desire to get the same unit for his home in the future. This product is highly recommended ... show more

The shower valve had a bad cartridge. When calling the number in book was informed they only provided service in Wisconsin . I bought a new cartridge on Amazon. Now the shower head has very little water pressure making washing and rinsing my long hair a nightmare! My plumber has tried several times to increase the pressure to no avail. ... show more
