I recently purchased two set of Holispa for my remodel. The first installed went great and I’m enjoying the shower head as I write this review. The shower head looks great the flow is just right. Unfortunately, the second was installed incorrectly by our plumber and is too deep in the wall. I sent an email to Holispa support and they replied the same day with a solution. I bought this product for a bathroom remodel I am currently working on. I am new to doing home renovations and construction of things so I didn’t realize all that went into it. After installing the hardware and then later the tile for my shower I was dreaded to realize that the rough-in for my shower was too deep for the the supplied hardware which was an oversight on my part. This was not an easy fix given the construction of the home. So, I thought I would give Holispa’s customer service a try and I was NOT disappointed. Their customer service replied very promptly to a very late night email I sent them, on the same night. My hopes were not high when I asked them if they could help, but they said they had an extension kit that would help me! Not only did they locate the product that I needed, but they sent it to me FREE OF CHARGE! I couldn’t believe it. So, a huge thank you to Holispa customer service. Unfortunately I am past the return window by the time we got around to installing. We hired a professional plumber for the bathroom and nothing can be done to fix it, it just leaks. Clearly a poor product. Would not recommend purchasing.
