I used this to charge my square payment machine. It fit perfectly and did the job it was supposed to do. Dock is great quality. The price I paid for this can not be beat! If I would have bought it from anywhere else I would have paid 3-4 times that amount.

This along with my chip reader kept disconnecting an finally died. Square is sending me replacements but I'd rather have a full refund instead. Totally unsatisfied with the whole experience.

If you are looking for a similar style dock The second generation square reader fits nicely inside this docking station. It comes with all the cords you need to charge it and it even has a button you can press to activate your reader without taking it in and out of the docking station!

Ok, I gave a 3 because I didn’t even use it at my event. I have the square app so I thought this would be better for my customers to use, it was there but never used because I used my phone for it all. Maybe it’s just a me thing (could be) maybe I don’t use my phone while it’s in use but naw you still have to use your phone to enter dollar amounts and even scanning their card and manually entering it I never used this device. The device is very sturdy and a good weight. Maybe if I figure it out at a later date I’ll update this review. ... show more
