    • This fit my filter basket perfectly.
My pool had been pulling in air for the longest time, I replaced the o-ring and it didn’t help. My old lid was dry rotted I guess with micro cracks, when I put the new lid and o-ring on the filter immediately primed itself with not even a single air bubble.

Being clear Instead of black I can see if he water level is low or dirty. That is a big help. Also I no longer need to use the clamps.

Screwed right into my Hayward RS1000 pump / filter. Preferable design to the OEM that is held down with screw clamps on the side, and for less than half the price.

shopped and shopped, bought item per pump make, model and serial, this lid did not fit, I bought it for my sister in the fall and of course we didn't try it until recently. my bad. so i gave it to my neighbor for his pool as a spare.
