This sink sprayer and faucet hose works great. Installation is pretty straight forward and does not require any special plumbing knowledge or tools. The installation guide with pictures is written with clear and easy to understand instructions. Most importantly, it doesn't leak. However, I missed where this unit already comes with a needed adapter to fit my faucet (the product comes with three adapters to fit your faucet depending on the faucet's size). So, I contacted their customer support by email which is clearly labeled in the guide. The guide says they will send you a free adapter if your faucet takes a special size. I think their customer service is in China or somewhere in Asia where they're a day ahead of EST time zone. They responded the next day with clear to understand and helpful instructions. They pointed out to try one of the adapters that I thought I had already tried (I hadn't). It worked, of course! Had I tried it the first time, I would say the installation would only take you about five to maybe ten minutes at the most. My only knock on the sprayer is the hose is too long. It's clearly advertised as 4.9 feet. I guess I really didn't pay attention to that detail when I ordered it. The issue is that there's a lot of slack hose that you have to hang up somehow. Otherwise the slack hose will end up laying in the bottom of your sink. You would have to mount the sprayer head wall-holder attachment super high up, or farther away from the sink, to take up the slack. You can wrap the slack hose around the holder a few times like I do. However, I think I will need to install some sort of a second wall holder or hook to hang up the slack. ... show more

This faucet extender was a great addition to our sink. It was very easy to install, came with additional attachments for multiple fits. The water pressure is good and the flow is nice. It is not going to splash all over the place or be a fire hose on your face when trying to drink out of it. It adjusts easily around the faucet and allows great rotation around your sink. The material is easy to clean and wipe down keeping you from having a dirty faucet. The construction of the faucet extender is well made and I would recommend you get one. Bathroom shower. Seems to have immediate effect on water quality. I have terrible hard water, and this filter "seems" to make a positive impact. Time will tell if it is as good as I believe, or not. Either way, I am pleased with the performance, no regrets re purchase.

I love this thing. It adds on easily and works like a charm. I believe it saves water because I can aim it right to the task and the spray option is WOW powerful at rinsing. Rinsing after brushing is cleaner and more thorough. I use it like a water fountain.

You get what you pay for, I suppose. This is not a great product, but I would describe it as adequate. The hardware is cheap and kind of flimsy, but a leak proof connection is possible. The nozzle for the sink is not properly aligned and the water comes out funny. At full flow, it shoots out at an odd angle and is difficult to manage. The hose attachment flows just fine. My main issue with the hose attachment is instead of a button to activate flow, flow is the standard default. You have to press a button to halt flow. This has lead to several mishaps when I forget to switch the setting from the hose back to the sink nozzle. I would not buy this product again, but for now, it's a cheap solution to bathing my dog in the sink. ... show more

    • Works great, but sprayer design has flaws

I bought two of the sink extender things for my bathrooms, and this aerator with the metal hose attachment for my kitchen sink for cleaning dishes etc. The attachment fit to my sink directly without needing the included adapters which was very fortunate. Everything hooked up as expected and there are no leaks. The hose is too long for my needs, which isn't really a negative. I just don't know what to do with the slack, and I don't want it dangling into the sink all the time. I will go to home depot or something and find a shorter hose with the same threads. The sprayer works as expected and the "air blade" pressure washing thing does have good pressure and seems like it will get the job done. Critical feedback: - My biggest complaint is the way they designed the sprayer nozzle & holster. The adhesive-backed holster is designed so that the sprayer is resting facing upwards, and the sprayer is designed to always be open when water is running. That means if you accidentally turn the water on with the valve set to the sprayer, it will spray water straight up your wall and into the room. This seems like a huge oversight to me. At the very least the nozzle & holder should be designed to rest aiming downwards, if not into the sink itself. I will likely attach an additional valve to the sprayer head, or find some other convenient attachment to control the water flow, and I will find another way to hold the nozzle so that it rests aiming into the sink. - I wish more of the thing was made of metal. The plastic is lightweight and cheap feeling, but looks good. I would pay more for a proper metal housing. - The main aerator (not the hose attachment) changes modes to spray by pulling down on it. This is not very reliable, and requires enough water pressure to keep it down. They should have used the same mechanism as the smaller rotating faucet extension product, and twist to change modes. That is more reliable and consistent. - The main aerator also kind of cross-leaks between modes. You pull down on it to get to spray mode, but it seemly wants to retract back on its own and so you get drips from the middle. Not a deal breaker, but doesn't really scream "quality". Even with all this critical feedback, I'm pleased that it hooked up easy and works as advertised, and I will be using it moving forward, likely making some modifications to improve or eliminate the shortcomings. ... show more
