The Danco Waterproof Silicone Sealant Grease is ideal for lubricating faucet stems, valves and cartridges when repairing a leaky faucet. Plumbers Faucet and Valve Grease helps reduce friction, provides long-lasting lubrication and helps hard-turning faucets work smoothly. It is NSF 61 approved and meets or exceeds the requirements of FDA regulation 21. Our Silicone Faucet Grease works well in temperatures between -40° to 400° F and can be formulated for many plumbing and household applications. This Silicone Faucet Grease is water resilient and oxidation resistant and can be used on ceramic stems. Works amazing for around the house, automotive, best for O-Rings, stubborn zippers, noisy tracks. Even though the bottle is small it has a good amount it in and you don’t need a lot to get the job done, dab a little on whatever your applying and rub around the entire area then your good to go.

This is a handy size for DIYers. If you're not a professional plumber this fits in the tool box or junk drawer nicely for when you need it. Works for other things too, not just plumbing related. It's a good all around lube that isn't messy or runny. As long as you use it within reason! It works great on door hinges too! Just my 2 cents. 😉 ... show more

I saw a plumber using this product on an internet channel when he was repairing a squeaky bathroom faucet handle. I HAD a squeaky faucet handle too. He used it on the new replacement faucet parts and silicone gaskets (o-rings) as he was reassembling the faucet handle. This will make it squeak free for a long time. I repaired my faucet with this grease and a new replacement kit (purchased on Amazon) and the handle turns so smooth now and no more squeak. There is a chance that I could have repaired the squeaky handle just by using the silicone grease, but while I had the handle apart I figured I might as well replace the internal parts as well. I 'd never heard of this product before, but you can bet I will be using it on any plumbing repairs that incorporates silicon o-rings or gaskets from now on. It's a small tube of grease, but it will last a long time. 5 Stars ... show more
