Product came in damaged on two visible pieces. I emailed the manufacturer pictures and an explanation as to what was damaged. Guess what no response. It’s a beautiful piece except for the damages. This is a nice dresser! I’m going to try and make this as short as possible and probably fail, bear with me! Packaging: UPS delivered this.. it did come with a few bangs here and there and that did freak me out. BUT we do need to take into consideration that some carriers don’t actually care or pay attention to the “handle with care” label. Upon opening the packaging the pieces were all intact and well secure. No damages Assembly: This was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear with the exception of no verbiage! If your one that prefers both pictures and verbiage then you may have a harder time figuring things out especially if you haven’t done this before. This is a two person job- but I’m a single mom and I had to do this alone and if I was able to put it together then so can you. May take a little longer. This took me about 3 hours to assemble including putting together the drawers which are five of them. And this does come with extra screws in case you misplace some. Sturdiness: This is sturdy and heavy so be cautious, I was very surprised by the weight on this. I’ve seen some dressers that are flimsy. Overall & final thoughts: I really love this dresser. I bought this for my daughter which matches well with her white furniture. According to the description it says this is 46” tall, yeah no this isn’t 46”.. this is over 48” 3/4. This is well over 4 feet tall! It’s a plus for me actually. I’m very pleased with this and for the price it’s worth it. I’d buy more from this seller and recommend this for sure. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this dresser for my 7 yr old son. The dimensions and price were perfect for what I was looking for but MAN DO I REGRET THIS PURCHASE!!! This was THE WORST piece of furniture I have ever bought. It is cheaply made and very unsturdy. I have put together many of pieces of furniture in my day and this thing falls apart all the time. I followed the directions and know that I did it all correctly yet the drawers fall off the tracks constantly and easily. We have a regular amount of clothes in his drawers yet they fall onto each other and the face of 2 of the drawers also always pull off completely even though I tighten the locking screws each time to put it back together. Another thing I noticed while I was assembling it was a huge gap from the back of the drawer to the back of the dresser. Huge waste of space! Also, the bottom of the drawers fall out of the grooves and sag, preventing them from opening because it catches on lower drawers. I read the reviews before I bought this and maybe they have changed how they manufacture them since then or something because this was just awful. And unfortunately it is past the return time so I wasted over $200. It will most likely end up in the trash. ... show more

I love this dresser. I originally read some of the negative reviews regarding quality and time it took to assemble which made me nervous. The package was in perfect condition when it arrived! The book estimated 85 minutes for two people to assemble but I am happy to announce it took me approximately 1.5 hours alone to assemble! I ordered this and it was so heavy. It is not easy put together. One drawer would not fit right. My husband was having a fit. But low and behold he got it. It is a very nice dresser. I may order from them again. Have patience.
