Durable and put a nice pattern in the bread. Only issue is that it takes a while to clean you need to scrape it out in the cracks.

The wood has splinters on the inside of the baskets, which is kinda disappointing but you can use the liner or just make sure you try to remove them and flour good before putting dough in it! They work well otherwise and it’s great to have 2!
