If I have a lot of food, I freeze some, take the cubes out and into zip locks, and freeze more. They stack better cubed. Great product. I came on to buy the 2 cup version today.

I have only used once and seems to be good quality. I froze some fried rice. It popped right out of the mold and I put the rice into sealed bag. I would recommend.
