It's not the same quality as my Vizio and Sony systems in other parts of house. The mid range is a little quiet, along with the normal vocal range. However this is the best speaker AND sub that I have found in the 50USD price range. I'm no audio expert but I feel I paid a good price for good speakers. The subwoofer is large and works well. It really rumbles. I often use these speakers to play brown noise to help me sleep. The low frequencies really help drown out car noise from outside my room. I have two small complaints. First, the subwoofer volume can be turned down, or the master volume can be turned down (which applies to both speakers). This means there's no way to make the subwoofer loud but the main speaker quiet. I understand this makes it simpler to use, but it annoys me since I mainly need subwoofer noise. Second, the subwoofer cord sticks out the side and looks a little odd. Why couldn't it come out through the rear of it? I also wish it was removeable and not fixed-in-place, so it'd be a little more durable. But these are small complaints. I'm happy. ... show more

I needed sound in the bedroom. The TV sound is TERRIBLE/WEAK. Why do they bother? This sound bar looked like a good fit, and a good price. As soon as the subwoofer kicked in I was really surprised! Power enough to make the room sound (almost) like a theater. Comes w/optical cable, and you can switch back and forth w/blue tooth with the touch of a button. Bluetooth works amazing. Soundbar sounds great and so does the sub. Just put on Netflix though and once I clicked on a movie to play it had this loud annoying static noise. Unplugged everything and even blew into some holes like a pro and that didn’t help…

Good: (1) Sound quality / volume (2) Easy setup, simple remote Bad: (1) Bluetooth didn't connect well with my TV which was 2-3' away, crackle/interruptions in sound. Much better to use optical. BT worked fine with my phone however. My TV hasn't had issue with other BT devices though. (2) Subwoofer cable is about 8 feet long and attached to the main/front speakers via a proprietary cable, which vastly limits where you can place it. ... show more
