I’ve used this for about a month now and it broke recently when I opened it. I’m not sure that’s enough to recommend against this net; it’s cheap and works for the most part, even after one of the hinges snapped.

This little net is just great. I like to hike out to a few different spots to fish and am not a fan of lugging out a net with me because I regularly catch 10 lb carp and catfish so it is kind of needed. This thing makes it soooo much nicer. It folds down so small I can fit it into a good size pocket on my pants. And I would say once you unfold it it's a really good net to upto maybe about 10 lbs. Anything over that and I'd be afraid to use it because it may crack the plastic T of the net. But WELL worth the price and VERY handy. Even if this breaks on a bigger fish I would probably buy again. ... show more
