I have not gotten a chance to use the net at this time but I thought I would at least review the customer service of Sougayilang. I received the net with the handle bent. I immediately emailed Sougayilang and a response was given within minutes. I included a pic or the defective item and other info. They apologized and offered me a replacement at no charge. I will plan to update this review when I receive the new net and put it in the water. But for now I will give 4 stars for the help and 3 stars because other than the handle the net and connections seems great. ... show more

I’ve used this for about a month now and it broke recently when I opened it. I’m not sure that’s enough to recommend against this net; it’s cheap and works for the most part, even after one of the hinges snapped.
