It has alarms on it, and we have set alarms with a picture of pills that show up along with the words medication so that she remembers to take her meds on time. Along with that the volume for the alarms is customizable my grandma is hard of hearing and she complains it’s loud. So perfect for hard of hearing folks, or for non hard of hearing folks.
