My Sony PS4 Pro arrived 2 days earlier than the projected delivery date. The condition of the game console is absolutely flawless! I almost couldn't believe it! It was as if I had purchased a brand spanking new item from a local brick and mortar store. The box it came in was in pristine condition. It was well packed and well protected with lots of packing paper and bubble pads. It was if the Gods of shipping, and gaming had smiled upon me! There were zero imperfections! Not a single scratch on it! No dents! No dings! Not even a fingerprint, or a smudge mark! The same goes for the controller. No scuffs, scratches, or any damage whatsoever! Not even that greasy residue from skin oils and Cheeto dust that you usually see on a used controller! The console runs like it's brand new! The power cord, HDMI cord, and USB controller charging cord all appear to be brand new, or at least rarely used. I couldn't ask for a better quality used item! I love it! I purchased the refurbished PS4 pro. No problem playing games that I purchased. It worked fine till I inserted a disk. The disk fit tight and it said there was an error. I ejected the disk and it took multiple trys. When it finally came out there was a Pokemon card that was also ejected. It still does not work and I can see at least one other Pokemon card in the slot. I am extremely disappointed and wonder what was refurbished. The unit itself was not very clean and if someone would have tried a disk before selling it they would have known. I would not reccomend this company's refurbished products ... show more

This PS4 system seems to work great. But, I wouldn't rate it in "Excellent" condition. It has very noticeable set of scratches and includes an indentation on top as if something struck it hard. My biggest issue is that it is an Asian Model. This means that the X and O controller button functionality are swapped. In the region including the United States, the X button functions as 'Yes" or "Input". While, the O button is "Cancel". Because the functionality of these buttons are swapped on this unit, it makes for a pain in the ass gaming experience. Oh... this PS4 wasn't cleaned as it should have. I have been wanting to upgrade from my PS3 (that's right, still using PS3) but I couldn't see paying the PS5 cost and having to replace all my favorite games (all the major sports) would be way too much for me. After many helpful Youtube videos and Amazon reviews, I settled on upgrading to the PS4 pro. This console itself is considered an upgrade from the PS4. I haven't swap out the old HD fora quieter/faster SSD or anything yet but it's still the best move I could have made. The quality of Amazon premium items is like store shelf new. I added the extra protection and feel I now have a device that will last me for years to come. If you enjoy playing video games and don't need to newest tech, give the PS4 pro (renewed) a try. ... show more
