This PS4 system seems to work great. But, I wouldn't rate it in "Excellent" condition. It has very noticeable set of scratches and includes an indentation on top as if something struck it hard. My biggest issue is that it is an Asian Model. This means that the X and O controller button functionality are swapped. In the region including the United States, the X button functions as 'Yes" or "Input". While, the O button is "Cancel". Because the functionality of these buttons are swapped on this unit, it makes for a pain in the ass gaming experience. Oh... this PS4 wasn't cleaned as it should have. The console was like from factory condition. I was able to hook it up, log into my PSN and begin! The controller that came with had an issue with drift and I contacted the seller. I received same day friendly response and shortly after received another controller to swap out. I would trust this seller with the next game console purchase!! ... show more
