When it arrived the box had damage to it so I took the Xbox out of the damaged box along with the controller and immediately plugged it in. Thankfully the Xbox and the controller didn't have damage on them and they both worked.

I bought this refurbished. It came with all the cords and contents. Works great with no issues. There was a delay in shipping they claimed to be because of weather delays. Although I was disappointed in having to wait patiently, it all worked out in the end and I'm completely satisfied! 😁
