I bought this back in July with some graduation money and loose change I'd saved up. Came in the original packaging with everything promised, works great almost a year later. I even bought a hard drive for it (don't buy one with the Xbox logo on it; too expensive when you can get a larger drive at a better price) and I haven't had issues with them connecting whatsoever. Only complaint here is my controller wasn't working so great, but I'd bought another anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. Works fine now. I bought it again at a slightly lower price for my brother in February, and while it coming with games wasn't advertised, the seller I chose this time sent Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Rare Replay in its original packaging. Ori and the Blind Forest came as well, but as a digital download. This Xbox came in its box as well, cords wrapped up and all, and works flawlessly, controller included. I got both consoles from two different sellers, and definitely not the one Amazon puts up in the search results. Recommend that you take a scroll through the list of other sellers; you're much more likely to get a better deal from there. Never spent more than $180 on either console. The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my daughters birthday and its useless. The seller obviously never tested it. It just blacks out and shuts off when trying to do anything on it. This is so devastating for my daughter because we are struggling financially so this was her only gift this year ... show more

My kids had asked for one for 2 years and we finally decided to get them one. I will say that we connected to the internet via Ethernet cord (since we had heard things would download faster)...NOT COMPLETELY TRUE. We bought Halo Master Chief Collection off the console via Microsoft for download & it took OVER 13 HOURS (NO JOKE...13 HOURS & NOT EXAGGERATING--it's a known problem) to download :( A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT on Christmas Day! They received a game on disc as well and the download for it didn't take nearly as long. Moral of the story...buy the disc version of games & download (since EVERYTHING disc or no disc) MUST BE DOWNLOADED onto the Xbox. Otherwise, graphics are wonderful, games are great. My kids were surprised & VERY excited to own an xbox. They have played nonstop (not really, but it sure does feel that way) ... show more

Xbox came with a defective power supply, stated it was "tested and fully functional " Don't see how as the power brick is dead, very disappointing, no contact back from seller.

Buy from these guys at your own risk. They sent me 2 defective Xbox ones with corrupted harddrives and then accused me of tampering with the internal software. Also you dont get a full terabyte of memory. Both came with 760 GB or less. One last note, screw you ApollonDirect.

My son loves it! If you are upgrading from an XBOX 360, make sure you have good internet. The XBOX One needs lots of updates and requires downloads for almost every game.
