The year is 2023 and the Sony A7 IV is still rated at the highest all-rounder to purchase, despite it being released a few years back. By now, you've probably reached this bundle product while searching for a Sony A7 IV based on reviews, just like me. Now take into consideration that the bundle contains a lens that could be used as a universal lens if you had wanted to, then that's a plus! The lense alone is worth 1300, add 2450ish dollars for what the camera is worth, you should be adding 3750ish. This bundle includes software, backpack, SD card, tripod and mono, flashlight, and more! Literally, for an extra 100 bucks, you'll be getting more for your money! I bought this as a gift for my spouse and based on a month worth of research before buying, I come to the conclusion that buying this bundle is the best kickstart for anyone that would like to have a starting point. I spoke with my spouse and after my spouse starts to learn more about the camera, we can surely purchase more lenses and accessories. Did my homework and read so many reviews and hoped to get full order, some items like most people said were missing. It wasn’t too bad but still not okay… Didn’t get dual charger, received some cheap charger (for only one battery) and it takes 8 + hours to fully charge. Had to order new charger. Camera at least is new, and most items was there. Couldn’t give 5 stars 🙃 ... show more

We just received this bundle. I diligently reviewed everything that came in the box and unfortunately, NONE of the advertised software was included. I still need to turn on the camera to see if it works. Buyer Beware... I read other reviews and saw that other customers were also missing software, so I figured we had a 50/50 chance. Most likely will return if the software isn't sent immediately. CS is closed until Monday so we will see... ... show more

I have had this camera for over a year and any time I have tried to download firmware or any other update it is a long and cumbersome process which is often not successful. With this camera you cannot download firmware updates by connecting the camera to a computer (like other companies). Instead a customer has to print 10 pages of instructions and still the upgrade is not successful. After spending so much for this camera and lens it is clear to me that the quality of this camera does not match the quality that I found in previous Canon cameras. And the Sony Camera webpage is not user friendly, it is intrusive and does not seem concerned about customer satisfaction. IF I HAD TO DO THIS ALL OVER I NEVER WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A SONY CAMERA. ... show more
