  • My Guinea Gurls love this Residence
It is a DIY~ Took quite a while to put it together, but it is really great. I ended up taking down the second story due to my guinea pigs not wanting to go up but everything else about it. I love with one exception that it isn’t very sturdy. It does have to be either on the floor, or some other sort of sturdy table it’s quite large that I have had pigs for three decades and do the fact that I have the room for this it is spectacular ... show more

  • Works for over a year now
We picked up this set to add onto a smaller one we picked up about 1 1/2 years ago for our guinea pigs, since we've added a dwarf bunny and needed extra height. This system works very well and I wouldn't use anything else. We covered the area of the floor with a very thick, clear plastic, making sure to mount it so it didn't move, since these do not work as flooring. The kids designed and built the area by themselves, and have changed it up once or twice as needed. These are no problem to put together and the stay together. We use washable padding on the bottom (which we secure under all sides) since the plastic wouldn't do it alone and hay or wood chips gets messy. As said, this has worked very well for us. The 2nd story plastic has gotten some whiteish stains thanks to the pee over time, but that doesn't bother or hurt anything. We love the set up and are expanding. ... show more

  • Only 1 flaw
Ordered one and then ended up buying another. This is being used for 3 fancy pet rats for playtime . We call it Rat Topia. The only downside is the white stairs don’t stay zip locked to the clear panels. It causes the clear panels to come unhooked. However it was easy to put together by myself. My child is 9 and was able to figure out how to put together. Panels are easy to clean with Clorox wipes. So for the stairs we improvised for now until I get a permanent solution. ... show more

  • Great for kittens
Easy to assemble once you glance over all the pieces. The hardest part is deciding the layout followed by making sure you get the plastic pieces pushed into the black clip holders all the way. At first really easy however when the structure starts getting bigger you rely on the plastic hammer more. I decided to start out with simple open area. Once the kittens got to 6 weeks and now able to use legs then changed design. The initial put together can seem tedious. However once those clips have been used it is faster and easier to unclip and alter the design and reclip them back into place. Kittens cannot jump it or break it. Holds up great. I would recommend this for animals. Now that kittens starting to jump and want to climb I also ordered another brank that has metal to extend the walls for airflow. I should not have done that since those panels were alot smaller so I had to angle design so they would snap together and use the zip ties. Pics show progress to date with my layout. Will end up changing it again here shortly but in all I like it. ... show more

  • Good for Big Rabbits
I used this cage for my big rabbits and it is a good size. The cage doesn’t come with a door though, which is a hassle.

  • Amazing rabbit pen
I have a 2.9ln Holland lop bunny. We were able to configure this cage so he has just over 18sq ft of room to hop around in with just one set. It's durable enough for him. He doesn't chew it. He doesn't jump out. At one point we had it stacked 3 panels high, but it was really hard for us to get into and he didn't have enough square footage. If you need to stack it 3 high because your bun is a jumper, I suggest you make yourself a door with zip ties and baby locks, so you can easily get in and out. I would also suggest you get two set of these so your bun has enough room. We got a $6 chicken coop door off Amazon and it fits perfectly. LOVE THIS CAGE!! ... show more

  • Excellent
Chinchillas absolutely love it. We also love it cause it gives them a place to run and they can not escape or chew on wooded beams.

  • Not for bunnies!!!!!!!!!
Most importantly, this product is extremely flimsy. The "panels" are no thicker than paper dividers. Secondly, my rabbit jumped straight out immediately. She's a young bun too and isn't even that big! This enclosure was easy to put together, but that's the only good thing I have to say. Will probably be returning... definitely does not work for rabbits. Maybe like hamsters? 🤦♀️ ... show more
