We ordered this set for an enclosed patio/sunroom and it looks very nice. We were looking at some other patio sets and the cushions seemed really thin. Not this set. The cushions are thick and offer a nice amount of support, but are also comfortable for sitting for extended periods. The fit and finish of the powdered coated aluminum frame is very good and assembly was fairly easy and took maybe a couple of hours, but I wasn't rushing to get it together. As other reviewers have mentioned, do not tighten every screw as you assemble. Leave them a little lose until you have everything assembled, then go back and tighten them down. It will save you from having to go back and loosen some parts to complete the assembly of each piece. Once complete, it looks very nice and we expect it to hold up well as the patio is enclosed and not exposed to the elements. ... show more

The low price had me worried but once I had it all put together I was pleasantly surprised. Putting the set together was quick and easy even with just me doing it. Maybe 10 min a piece to put together. Unpacking the pieces took longer than putting together. Comfortable cushions and well constructed A couple pieces were scratched or gouged, I let the seller know about this and also that I believe it was FedEx fault not theirs. I say this because the boxes had been damaged in shipping where the gouges were. But the seller sent me out pieces to replace what FedEx had damaged so that was cool. Pros: Instructions are clear. Very Easy to assemble with the help of all the tools provided. Shipping was quick and was in parts. Cushions are comfortable. Product is very lightweight but very sturdy. The fit and finish of the powdered coated aluminum frame is very good Con: The only con I noticed about this product, is that during installation, coated aluminum frame is easily susceptible to scratches. The pros: looks good, easy to assemble, nothing was damaged, arrived quickly. The third box (table) arrived 2 days later, which was completely fine. Cons: a bit smaller than they appear in pics. Not like it’s too small to enjoy or to be comfortable in, but it does appear bigger in pics. The table uses bolts to secure the legs. However, they sent another bag of screws instead of the bolt kit. Luckily I have a nut and bolt kit at home, so it didn’t stop me from assembling. Really good set for the very affordable price. The wife loves it and likes to lay down and read on the couch. Everything seems sturdy. For the money I paid, I’m very happy with the purchase. We will see how it holds up after a year or two. ... show more

The ensemble is both comfortable and beautiful! It is sturdy and well made. The cushions are thick and super plush, and perfect to relax and enjoy the outdoors! There was one minor issue with the chair arm drill holes too small for the screws sent however Customer Service responded to my request for a new arm with great efficiency. The sent tracking, checked into ensure I had all issues addressed and fulfilled every obligation. This was one of the very BEST customer service events I have ever experienced, and it made the process very smooth and professional. I choose aluminum because it won't rust. I choose Olefin fabric because it is high quality, will last for years, and super plush. I also purchased coverings which protect from rain and wind.
