Several reviews of this product mention missing parts. Don't ignore the reviews. I was quite pleased that the 2 large boxes marked Wisteria Lane were delivered earlier than promised. I eagerly opened both boxes, set the hardware bag aside, and took inventory of all the parts by removing them from the 2 large boxes marked Wisteria Lane. Then I opened the hardware bag. 5 of one size screw were missing and 3 of another size screw were missing. I immediately emailed the seller/manufacturer, as prescribed by Amazon. I provided pictures in my email. It would not have been practical for me to try to box up the pieces and get the 2 large boxes marked Wisteria Lane to a return location. The seller/manufacturer responded the next day, which was Sunday, requesting more details about my order. That same Sunday, I tried to find the missing screws at the big home-hardware stores, but the sizes of the missing screws are not standard, or available in these retail stores. I tried finding them on-line, anywhere, but could only find sets of many sizes, and those sets didn't include the both of the sizes I needed. Meanwhile, these pieces and the 2 boxes marked Wisteria Lane are all over my small living room. Luckily, I save every left-over fastener from everything I've ever assembled and was able to find all but 1 screw in my left-over collection in the required sizes. I assembled the furniture with my personal stash of screws and improvised on the missing screw. Meanwhile, there were email exchanges with someone affiliated with "Wisteria Lane" who promised replacement parts. The parts arrived today, 11 days after my notification of the missing parts. It appears to be a complete set of screws for another product, in another color, but does include the missing sizes, in a larger quantity than I needed, and other fasteners that I don't need. I ignored the reviews. Lesson learned. If I did not keep extra hardware from other projects, these pieces would be sitting unassembled in the 2 large boxes marked Wisteria Lane in my living room. It is not worth the time and aggravation for this product. I scored this low on ease of assembly because of the hardware issues. It is otherwise rather ordinary to put together and can be done by one person. The cushions are not soft, but for outdoor use they seem to be OK. I haven't challenged for sturdiness. Yes, I eventually got the parts. No, this never should have happened. ... show more

Thank God I'm short or else I'd be mad at how low these are to the ground. Putting it together was annoying but not terribly difficult. If you're tall, don't buy.

It’s well made and sturdy, BUT it is very low to the ground and not a lot of thigh room. They fit perfectly for my 5 year old grandson but not an adult. I’m only 5’6, my legs are not long and the seat ends way before my knee. The “sofa” is really for one person unless you are anorexic. For short and thin people only! And I have towels that are thicker than the cushions, very thin. ... show more

(Ignore the toy mess in the photo). This is a great furniture set for the price. Looks great, comfy enough. We don’t have a huge patio, especially with all the kids toys, so this was the perfect size for our space. Yes the cushions are on the thinner side, but we just added some pillows and it’s fine. Pretty easy to assemble, took my husband and I about a half hour. Feels sturdy. Have had it for about a month now and haven’t had any problems. A few things we’ve learned: -the chairs are not deep. It’s perfect for me, (I’m 5’5” 120 lbs). But not so much for my 6’3” 200 husband. He fits, but less well. -get furniture covers. People keep complaining in reviews that it doesn’t hold up. Well maybe because the outside are elements are rough, so yea if you leave it in the sun and rain, it’s going to degrade. We bought covers with it and have a sun shade on the patio and they’ve been perfect. -get some extra pillows. The cushions are on the thinner side. Overall, very happy with our buy. ... show more

First of all, please stop using FedEx because they don't care about how they deliver your goods at all. The lady who dropped it off wasn't very strong and the boxes were heavy so she dropped one of the boxes from the van onto our driveway and pushed it to the door. After she left I noticed a few holes in the box and that whole side was scuffed. Luckily everything was still in one piece. On one of the table parts the pu rattan had come loose and unraveled. I fixed it with a glue gun. It looks nice. I'm 6'1" and the seats are very low. We get static shocks when we get up and can feel the square tubing through the thin pillows. Now, the price isn't bad, but charging $99 for sloppy FedEx delivery is ridiculous. ... show more
