After using it once, I'd estimate this will recharge a smartphone at least 2.3x. Got this bc it was recommended by Patriot Nurse's YouTube channel. -- I live in a snowy climate + we get lots of power outages in winter. I want to be able to recharge my cellphone. -- I'm not interested in solar, so I won't review that. Note: I see another reviewer said the charge dissipates fast when not in use. Light weight, slim, solar, and offers wireless charging for magsafe phones. I can charge this portable with nearly any cable I have. The charger itself holds a decent life, and can charge my iPhone 14 Pro Max at least once full charge. I take this on road trips and camping, the rubber bumpers protects the charger itself when dropped, but doesn't take up too much foot print in my bag. one of the things I liked was it came with a strap, carabiner, and compass on it, I'm thankful it came with those. I can hang the charger off my bag and it'll recharge via solar as I hike. ... show more

I bought 3 of these, charged them fully in accordance with the instructions, and then stored them. Tonight we are getting a big storm and I wanted to make sure I had these ready to go. When I checked them, all three were under 50%. They've only been stored for a month and a half. As a comparison, I pulled out some battery packs made by other brands, some have been in my drawer for over a year and only dissipated approximately 4% at most. Additionally, the solar aspect is a gimmick. Prior to storing one of mine, I left in sun for a couple of weeks only to find out the charger is dead instead of charging. I'm trying to work with customer service now to see if they'll stand by their warranty, but so far silence. Can't recommend. ... show more

What a piece of junk. I bought it so I could have a charger with a solar back up. First of all, it was very difficult to plug in the c plug inlet, but I was able to get it in the first time (and onl time I was able to get it in). 2nd, I left it in a place that got sun every day to keep it charged. You would think this would keep it charged, but no it was dead when I went to use it. I then tried to plug in the c plug to charge it, but now the port is screwed up. I will now throw it way as there is now way to charge it. what a waste of $25 dollars. I can't say this enough, don't buy this piece of junk. I might as well of burned the money I spent on it. REVISED - THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT THAT WORKS GREAT ... show more
